Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will work under supervision and receive structured guidance while performing the following responsibilities:
- Enter clinical trial data into Clinical Data Management Systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Process, log, scan, index, and track clinical study documents as per study guidelines
- Perform assigned responsibilities such as Data Entry Associate, File Room Associate, Scanning Associate, or Indexing Associate
- Follow CRF tracking, data entry guidelines, and internal operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with core SOPs, work instructions, and data handling standards
- Support maintenance and organization of clinical data management study files
- Assist in document administration activities related to ongoing clinical studies
- Meet productivity and quality objectives assigned by the reporting manager
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or data issues as per escalation procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of clinical trial data
- Develop effective communication and collaboration with Clinical Data Management team members

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
- Equivalent combination of education, training, or relevant experience may be considered
