- Drug Safety Associate / Drug Safety Specialist (DSA / DSS)
- Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years
- Pharmacovigilance Lead (PV Lead)
- Experience Required: More than 7 Years
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a Lead role
- PV Clinical Team (PV CT)
- Experience Required: 2+ Years
- Exposure to SMP, EDC, Queries, Protocols, Narratives, and SUSAR handling

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Drug Safety Associate / Drug Safety Specialist (DSA / DSS)
- Perform drug safety data analysis and support pharmacovigilance reporting activities
- Work on safety databases and analytics platforms
- Generate safety metrics, trend analyses, and dashboards
- Support ongoing safety surveillance and compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry
Pharmacovigilance Lead (PV Lead)
- Lead and manage pharmacovigilance teams and daily operational activities
- Oversee case processing, quality review, and compliance checks
- Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements including ICH, GVP, and FDA guidelines
- Mentor team members and support performance improvement
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
PV Clinical Team (PV CT)
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulatory timelines
- Handle SUSARs, narratives, and clinical safety queries
- Work with Safety Management Plans (SMP), EDC systems, and protocol documents
- Support clinical trial safety operations and data reconciliation
- Ensure high-quality and compliant safety documentation

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)
- Life Sciences
- Health Sciences
- Biotechnology or equivalent disciplines
Experience
- 1 to 7 years of relevant experience depending on the role applied for
- Prior experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical safety operations is mandatory
Skills Required

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
