Key Roles & Responsibilities
International Regulatory Affairs (IRA) – Sr. Officer / Executive
- Prepare and compile regulatory dossiers for product registrations in international markets
- Handle submissions for ROW markets including Europe, Africa, CIS, and other export regions
- Ensure dossiers comply with global regulatory requirements and country-specific guidelines
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, and manufacturing teams for technical documentation
- Respond to regulatory authority queries and deficiency letters within timelines
- Maintain regulatory databases, submission trackers, and approval records
- Support post-approval variations, renewals, and lifecycle management activities
- Monitor changes in global regulatory guidelines and implement updates internally

Graphics Designer – Officer / Sr. Executive
- Create and develop packaging artworks for pharmaceutical products
- Design labels, cartons, inserts, leaflets, and promotional materials
- Ensure artwork compliance with regulatory requirements and export market standards

- Manage color codes, barcodes, fonts, and mandatory regulatory text
