Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for DP Production roles will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing activities related to dry powder injectable formulations. Sanzyme Pvt Ltd Hiring DP Production Executive
- Operate and supervise equipment used in dry powder injectable production
- Execute batch manufacturing activities including filling, sealing, and associated processes
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and sterile manufacturing guidelines
- Perform routine in-process checks and maintain critical production parameters
- Complete batch manufacturing records and production documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanroom discipline and aseptic working conditions
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering teams
- Support validation, qualification, and calibration activities
- Identify and report deviations, equipment issues, or process abnormalities
- Participate in continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant technical discipline
- ITI (relevant trade)
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 4 years and up to 8 years of experience
- Mandatory experience in injectable or sterile formulation production
- Hands-on exposure to dry powder injectable manufacturing is essential
Additional Requirements
