- Supporting town halls, onboarding programs, and internal engagement initiatives
- Managing intranet content, newsletters, dashboards, surveys, and digital communication tools
- Designing internal creatives such as posters, announcements, and visual communication assets
- Maintaining SharePoint pages and internal websites for the R&D site
- Exploring AI-enabled and modern digital tools to enhance content quality and engagement
Project Planning & Leadership Enablement
- Developing structured project plans, tracking tools, dashboards, and status reports
- Supporting leadership teams with meeting materials, slide decks, and performance summaries
- Assisting with video creation and multimedia content for organizational events and showcases
- Coordinating with multiple contributors to ensure timely delivery of project outputs
Site & Operational Support
- Partnering with facilities and floor operations teams to support daily office operations
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, site events, and organizational gatherings
- Managing logistics for large meetings, workshops, and leadership visits
- Preparing agendas, arranging meeting rooms, and ensuring smooth execution of events
- Supporting calendar management for site leadership and visiting stakeholders
- Assisting with travel coordination, ticketing, accommodation, and schedules when required
- Handling documentation related to passports and visas for international coordination, if applicable
- Supporting vendor coordination, ordering supplies, and managing catering arrangements
- Welcoming and coordinating with internal and external visitors as needed

Education
