Lupin Limited is hiring experienced candidates for multiple departments through a direct walk-in interview:
Quality Control – Officer / Executive
- Raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability sample analysis
- Operation of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, KF, Potentiometer, and IC
- Testing of OSD formulations, APIs, and excipients
- Documentation and data handling using lab software like LIMS and Chromeleon
Quality Assurance – Officer / Executive
- Handling Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Market Complaints, FAR, and Recall activities
- Investigation and documentation of OOS/OOT and Quality Risk Management
- Compliance with cGMP and cGLP requirements
- Review of validation protocols, equipment qualification, and calibration records
- Managing audits, self-inspections, and CQV-related activities
- Exposure to global regulatory expectations and QAMS platforms
Production & Packing – Associate / Junior Officer / Officer
- Supervision of granulation, compression, coating, and OSD manufacturing activities
- Handling primary and secondary packing operations
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining production documentation and batch records

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Across departments, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Executing day-to-day operational tasks in compliance with GMP guidelines
- Maintaining accurate documentation and batch records
- Ensuring adherence to quality systems and regulatory standards
- Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations
- Maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal procedures
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Quality Control: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Quality Assurance: B.Sc / M.Sc or B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Production & Packing: Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience
- Required Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Experience must be in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Strong preference for candidates with OSD formulation exposure
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks in the highest qualification (mandatory for candidates with less than 5 years of experience)
- Sound understanding of GMP, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance
