Key Roles & Responsibilities
Store Manager / Store Officer โ Responsibilities
Candidates selected for store-related roles will be responsible for managing material movement and inventory control in compliance with pharmaceutical standards. HBC Healthcare Hiring Store Manager QC
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material documentation.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and material traceability within the warehouse.
- Follow GMP guidelines and internal quality procedures for store operations.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Purchase departments for material planning and issuance.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to store activities.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store area at all times.
Quality Control (QC) Officer โ Responsibilities
QC Officers will be involved in laboratory testing and quality monitoring activities to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and analytical records in line with GLP and GMP requirements.
- Follow approved test methods, specifications, and quality procedures during analysis.
- Assist in method validation, calibration activities, and stability studies as required.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Support investigations related to OOS, deviations, and corrective actions under supervision.
- Comply with safety practices and quality systems within the QC laboratory.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Store Manager / Officer: B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
- QC Officer: M.Sc / B.Sc
Experience
- Store Roles: 2โ6 years of experience in pharmaceutical store or warehouse operations.
- QC Roles: 0โ6 years (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
- Knowledge of inventory management, laboratory procedures, or quality systems depending on the role.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts (especially for QC roles).
- Positive learning attitude and readiness to grow within the organization.
