Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring production equipment as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assisting in various stages of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality guidelines
- Maintaining accurate production documentation, including batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and shift reports
- Following safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Supporting routine production activities to meet output and efficiency targets
- Coordinating with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams during in-process checks and observations
- Reporting any deviations, abnormalities, or equipment issues to senior staff
- Participating in training programs related to production processes, safety, and compliance

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Mandatory Qualification: B.Sc in Chemistry
- Candidates must have completed their degree from a recognized university or institution
Experience
