Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of pharmaceutical products through precise analytical testing and documentation. AET Laboratories Hiring QC Executive Officer
Major responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed analysis of oncology and pharmaceutical products using validated analytical methods
- Operating advanced laboratory instruments such as HPLC, Gas Chromatography (GC), Dissolution apparatus, PSD, and other wet lab equipment
- Conducting sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and cleaning samples
- Analyzing in-process samples, finished drug products, stability samples, and working standards
- Generating, reviewing, and compiling analytical data with high accuracy
- Ensuring calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Maintaining laboratory documentation in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Supporting manufacturing and stability studies through timely quality control testing
- Identifying and reporting deviations, out-of-specification results, and analytical issues
- Following laboratory safety guidelines and regulatory expectations consistently

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- M.Pharmacy
OR - M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
Candidates must hold degrees from recognized universities or institutions.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control
- Prior experience in analytical testing laboratories is mandatory
- Exposure to oncology products or regulated markets is an added advantage
Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, PSD)
- Sound understanding of wet chemistry and laboratory testing techniques
- Thorough knowledge of GLP and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Experience in documentation, data integrity, and compliance activities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple analyses
- Good communication and coordination skills within cross-functional teams
