Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting critical clinical data activities throughout the trial lifecycle. Major responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and testing electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Performing data validation checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of clinical trial data
- Managing data queries by coordinating with clinical sites and internal stakeholders for timely resolution
- Preparing and maintaining essential Clinical Data Management documentation, including Data Management Plans (DMP), Data Validation Plans (DVP), and electronic Case Completion Guidelines (eCCG)
- Supporting data reconciliation activities involving safety, laboratory, and external vendor data
- Conducting training sessions for site staff or internal teams on data entry guidelines and EDC usage
- Performing medical coding activities using standardized dictionaries as per study requirements
- Assisting in ongoing data review, discrepancy management, and database lock activities
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- M.Pharm (Pharmacology or Quality Assurance)
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences or related disciplines
- BDS, BAMS, or BHMS
