Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support pharmacovigilance operations by ensuring accurate and timely safety data processing.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and routing incoming safety information to relevant project teams.
- Recording and tracking Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) as per sponsor and customer specifications.
- Managing incoming communications including emails, mail, and faxes.
- Redacting patient-identifiable information in compliance with data protection guidelines, ICH-GCP, and GVP requirements.
- Performing accurate and timely data entry into safety databases as per client-specific guidelines.
- Assisting in case file creation, documentation tracking, retention, and maintenance (electronic and paper-based).
- Supporting translation processes for safety source documents when required.
- Assisting with query follow-ups and reconciliation activities.
- Supporting safety submission processes as instructed by senior team members.
- Maintaining working knowledge of SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), global drug/device regulations, and drug development processes.
- Ensuring compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, and GVP modules.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be healthcare professionals by education:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- PharmD
- BDS
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience in full data entry or case processing role (mandatory).
- Experience in processing Literature and Clinical Trial (CT) cases is preferred.
- Prior exposure to safety databases and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance workflows and safety reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with safety database systems.
- Understanding of ICH-GCP and GVP guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
