Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
- Advanced degrees (MSc, M.Pharm, PhD, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 8–10 years of overall clinical research experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in on-site monitoring.
- Strong exposure to Clinical Trial Management and centralized monitoring workflows.
- Experience working on global or multi-regional trials will be advantageous.
