Key Roles & Responsibilities
The MICC Manager will oversee operational and strategic aspects of pharmacovigilance contact center activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and team performance.
Operational Management
- Lead and manage day-to-day MICC pharmacovigilance activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of safety operations across global programs.
- Allocate responsibilities within defined reporting structures.
- Monitor operational efficiency and performance metrics.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of PV professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Drive team motivation and ensure target achievement.

Project & Stakeholder Management

- Identify operational challenges and escalate when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have a degree in:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Life Sciences or related healthcare disciplines

Experience
- 6–7 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Hands-on exposure to MICC or drug safety call center operations.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.
