- Monitoring temperature-controlled shipments and implementing temperature excursion management plans
- Liaising with external vendors for packaging, labeling, storage, and shipment of clinical trial materials
- Tracking vendor performance and resolving issues related to quality, timelines, or documentation
- Managing import license-related activities, including documentation preparation, submission tracking, and renewals
- Ensuring strict compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and SOPs
- Supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory queries related to clinical supplies
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and records for internal and external compliance reviews
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate degree
- Preference will be given to candidates from:
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy

- Biotechnology or related disciplines
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in:
