The Principal Professional Quality Risk Manager will play a strategic role in overseeing quality-related matters and driving compliance across the organization. Major responsibilities include:
Quality Risk Oversight
- Providing expert consultation and guidance on quality issues arising within clinical and corporate functions
- Leading root cause investigations for quality deviations
- Ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) aligned with regulatory standards
Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Supporting adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Advising QA auditors and operational teams on presenting quality information to sponsors, auditors, and regulatory inspectors
- Reviewing controlled documents to ensure alignment with internal quality standards
Quality Trend Analysis & Risk Mitigation
- Monitoring trends related to quality incidents
- Identifying emerging risks and proposing proactive mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with Quality Issue (QI) Management leadership to strengthen compliance systems
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Participating in client discussions regarding quality management issues
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Project & Process Improvement
- Leading medium-scale and potentially large-scale quality management initiatives
- Driving continuous process improvement across quality systems

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Science, Healthcare, or related field
OR - Equivalent education combined with relevant professional experience
Experience
- Moderate to significant experience in:

- Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Experience in Quality Issue Management, compliance oversight, or regulatory environments
Skills Required
