Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected professionals will be responsible for a wide range of analytical and documentation-related activities, including but not limited to: API Analytical Research Development
- Designing, developing, and optimizing analytical methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients
- Executing analytical method validation as per ICH and regulatory guidelines
- Performing routine, in-process, and stability sample analysis
- Handling sophisticated analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, and related systems
- Preparing analytical protocols, validation reports, test methods, and technical documentation
- Supporting R&D scale-up activities and technology transfer from laboratory to production
- Conducting investigations related to analytical deviations, OOS, and OOT results
- Ensuring strict adherence to GLP, GMP, data integrity, and laboratory compliance standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including synthesis, QA, and regulatory affairs
- Maintaining laboratory records, logbooks, and instrument usage documentation
- Assisting in audits, inspections, and regulatory queries related to analytical data
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline from a recognized university
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years of hands-on experience in API Analytical Development
- Practical exposure in a pharmaceutical R&D or analytical laboratory setting is essential
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of analytical method development and validation principles
- Working knowledge of ICH guidelines and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques
- Familiarity with stability studies and impurity profiling
- Good documentation practices and data integrity awareness
- Ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and instruments
- Effective communication and coordination skills
