Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supporting the technical development of Electronic Data Capture (eDC) systems and Electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes (ePRO) platforms
- Managing the technical acquisition and integration of vendor-provided clinical data

- Assisting with maintenance and development of digital tools used for clinical trial data management
- Applying technical knowledge in areas such as programming, user acceptance testing (UAT), data cleaning, analysis, validation, and regulatory submissions
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of quality plans at study level
- Ensuring all task-related documentation is properly maintained in the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) system
- Following departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate policies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Completing required training modules through the organization’s learning platforms
- Providing reports and updates on ongoing tasks and trends identified during project activities
- Participating in post-project reviews to identify improvements and lessons learned
- Collaborating with IT teams, clinical systems specialists, and technology vendors supporting clinical applications
