Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in analytical method development and team management:
- Develop and optimize physicochemical analytical methods for monoclonal antibodies
- Lead method qualification, validation, and transfer to Quality Control laboratories
- Provide technical expertise in analytical characterization of biologics
- Collaborate with process development teams to assess product quality
- Interpret analytical data and support process optimization
- Handle advanced analytical techniques including HPLC, UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and mass spectrometry
- Ensure proper maintenance and performance monitoring of analytical instruments
