Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing HVAC systems and engineering operations within the plant:
- Prepare qualification and validation documents related to HVAC systems
- Ensure timely closure of Quality Management System (QMS) documents
- Maintain service areas in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in HEPA filter validation, instrument calibration, and temperature mapping activities
- Review and update protocols, planners, and documentation as required
- Ensure proper labeling systems are maintained as per SOP guidelines
- Prepare, update, and implement SOPs while ensuring compliance
- Monitor and maintain HVAC-related equipment such as:
- Air Handling Units (AHU)
- Air Processing Units (APU)
- Dehumidifiers
- Dust Collection Systems
- Track energy consumption and initiate energy-saving measures within the plant
- Support implementation of new engineering projects and system modifications
- Supervise civil and engineering work related to plant upgrades
- Ensure availability of spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance planning and execution
- Train and develop junior team members technically and operationally

Education
