- Coordinate the generation and management of sample tube labels
- Ensure accurate interpretation of study protocols
- Maintain and update sample data in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
- Verify consistency between labels, LIMS data, and study documentation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in sample-related data
- Monitor sample logging schedules to ensure timely processing
- Assist in sample reconciliation and inventory tracking
- Maintain organized and updated study documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and clients when required
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management
