Key Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and supervise a team of Centralized Monitoring Project Coordinators (CPCs)

Project & Operational Oversight
- Coordinate with global project teams to ensure consistent study delivery and quality standards

Training & Onboarding
- Participate in hiring processes including candidate screening and interviews

- Conduct regular quality checks and mini audits on team output
- Lead investigations into quality issues and perform root cause analysis

Risk & Process Improvement

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
Experience
- Total Experience: 6 to 9 years in clinical research or related domain
- Leadership Experience: 3 to 5 years in line management or team handling roles
- Experience in centralized monitoring or clinical operations is highly desirable
