1. Production (OSD)
- Designation: Technical Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Skills: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling
2. Production (API) & Kilo Lab
- Skills: Reactor handling, centrifuge, blender, multi-mill
3. Production (Injectable)
- Skills: Aseptic filling, autoclaves, lyophilization, CIP/SIP
4. Packing (OSD)
- Skills: Blister packing, serialization, packaging operations
5. Production (API – Hydrogenation)
- Skills: Hydrogenation, distillation, crystallization
6. Warehouse (Formulation & API)
- Skills: Inventory management, SAP, RM dispensing
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for these roles will be responsible for:
- Operating pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs and cGMP
- Executing batch manufacturing processes and maintaining documentation (BMR, logs)
- Ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements
- Handling equipment such as reactors, autoclaves, and packaging machines
- Managing inventory and warehouse operations using SAP systems
- Identifying process deviations and implementing corrective actions
- Maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant field)
- ITI / Diploma
- B.Tech / BE (Chemical or related)
- B.Com / BA (for warehouse roles)
Experience
- 1–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related roles
- Experience in regulated environments preferred
Skills Required
- Knowledge of cGMP and GLP guidelines
