Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant in the FIC team, you will work on strategic projects related to healthcare investments, due diligence, and business growth.
- Deliver consulting projects related to due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), valuation, and asset screening
- Support investment decisions by analyzing business models and growth strategies
- Conduct structured, evidence-based research to solve strategic and commercial questions
- Perform primary and secondary research to generate insights and recommendations
- Develop high-quality client deliverables, including reports and presentations
- Work closely with consultants, managers, and cross-functional teams
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
- Contribute to team development activities such as knowledge creation, proposal development, and training
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- MBA is not mandatory but will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in:
- Strategy consulting
- M&A / Business Development
- Financial institutions (Private Equity, Venture Capital, etc.)
- Experience in biopharma or life sciences consulting is preferred
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Experience in due diligence, valuation, or strategic analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
