Role Overview
JSS Research is hiring Clinical Trial Assistants (CTA) with hands-on experience in Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in clinical research operations, focusing on documentation management and regulatory compliance.
The position provides exposure to clinical trial workflows, TMF management, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of clinical trial documentation
- Perform TMF filing, indexing, and quality control checks
- Coordinate with clinical sites and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
- Support audit readiness and document reconciliation activities
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation throughout the trial lifecycle
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Biotechnology or related discipline
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in clinical research
- Hands-on experience in eTMF systems is mandatory
Skills Required
- Knowledge of eTMF platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, MasterControl)
- Understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and documentation
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
