Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within laboratory operations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hiring Laboratory QA Professionals
- Reviewing and monitoring laboratory analytical activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Handling laboratory-related quality events such as Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, and laboratory incidents through proper investigation and documentation.
- Implementing and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure long-term resolution of quality issues.
- Reviewing analytical data generated from instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, and Infrared (IR) spectroscopy.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) including SOP control, change management, incident reporting, and risk assessment.
- Supporting the preparation, review, and approval of laboratory Standard Operating Procedures and related quality documents.
- Using chromatography data systems, including Chromeleon Software 7.2, for data verification and audit readiness.
- Coordinating with QC, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless laboratory compliance.
- Assisting in internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory audits conducted by authorities such as FDA, USFDA, MHRA, and other global agencies.
- Ensuring laboratory data integrity practices are followed as per current regulatory expectations.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Science:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- M.Sc (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or related discipline)
Experience
- Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical laboratory QA or QC environments are preferred.
- The role is suitable for professionals with hands-on exposure to regulated manufacturing setups.

Skills Required
