Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for these QA positions will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems and validation processes. Key responsibilities may include: Ceph Lifesciences Hiring QA QMS
- Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with GMP, WHO, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Executing and reviewing validation activities including process validation, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation.
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving validation master plans, protocols, and final reports.
- Managing quality events such as deviations, change controls, non-conformances, and CAPA to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with documentation practices, data integrity requirements, and SOP adherence.
- Participating in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party audits as part of audit readiness programs.
- Supporting quality risk management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating with production, engineering, QC, and other departments to ensure quality alignment across operations.
- Conducting training sessions for team members on QMS procedures, validation practices, and compliance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- M.Sc in relevant disciplines such as Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience for junior roles.
- Up to 10+ years of experience for senior officer and assistant manager positions.
- Prior hands-on exposure to QA, QMS, or Validation functions in regulated manufacturing environments is essential.
Skills Required
- Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP, WHO, USFDA, EDQM, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Practical understanding of validation principles, lifecycle approach, and documentation.
- Experience handling deviations, CAPA, change management, and audit responses.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with QMS tools or electronic quality systems is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
