Key Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Control & Assurance Activities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
- Performing physical and chemical tests such as pH, solubility, viscosity, and bulk density
- Operating laboratory instruments including UV spectrophotometers, pH meters, and related equipment
- Preparing and maintaining standard testing procedures, analytical reports, and batch records
- Ensuring laboratory documentation complies with internal quality systems
- Supporting investigations related to deviations, out-of-specification results, and corrective actions
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with GMP, GLP, and FSSAI guidelines
Product Development & R&D Support
In addition to QA activities, the role involves assisting the R&D team in new product development: Quality Assurance Analyst Jobs
- Supporting formulation development for tablets, capsules, powders, and gummy supplements
- Conducting laboratory-scale trials and assisting with formulation optimization
- Participating in sensory evaluation of products including taste, texture, and appearance
- Coordinating with regulatory teams to ensure labeling compliance as per FSSAI and AYUSH norms
- Assisting in stability testing and shelf-life studies for new and existing products

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or Life Sciences
Experience
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Exposure to quality control, analytical testing, or formulation support is preferred
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of GMP and GLP standards
- Familiarity with analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory testing
- Knowledge of herbal extracts, bioactive compounds, and nutraceutical ingredients
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to work closely with QA, production, and R&D teams
- Effective communication and coordination skills
