- Validation Executive

- QA Chemist

Production Department
- Production Chemist

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Control & Microbiology
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical and microbiological testing as per approved procedures
- Carry out raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability sample analysis
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP and internal quality standards
- Maintain laboratory documentation, test records, and data integrity
- Execute environmental monitoring and microbiological testing activities
- Support audits, investigations, and corrective action implementation
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Execute validation activities related to equipment, processes, cleaning, and systems
- Prepare, review, and manage validation protocols and reports
- Handle QA documentation including SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and controlled documents
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and quality systems across departments
- Support internal and external inspections
Production Operations
- Execute production activities in accordance with batch manufacturing records
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP practices during manufacturing
- Ensure proper documentation of production records and logbooks
- Coordinate with QA and QC departments for batch release activities
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and compliance on the shop floor
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized university or institution:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- B.Sc
- M.Sc
Experience
- Freshers are eligible for Chemist-level roles in QC, QA, Microbiology, and Production
- Experienced professionals with up to 8 years of relevant pharma industry exposure can apply for senior and executive positions as specified
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of WHO-GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Knowledge of SOPs, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work in a controlled and regulated manufacturing environment
- Good analytical, observational, and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Willingness to work in manufacturing plant operations
