Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality aggregate safety outputs in line with global regulatory expectations. Major responsibilities include: IQVIA Hiring Safety Aggregate Report Specialist
- Preparation, authoring, and quality review of aggregate safety reports such as PSUR, PBRER, DSUR, and Risk Management Plans (RMP)
- End-to-end handling of periodic safety reports in compliance with international guidelines
- Conducting signal detection, signal validation, and ongoing signal management activities
- Ensuring adherence to global pharmacovigilance regulations including ICH, GVP modules, FDA, and EMA requirements
- Coordination with global safety physicians, medical reviewers, regulatory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Supporting responses to health authority questions related to aggregate reports and safety evaluations
- Maintaining accurate documentation, audit readiness, and strict compliance with regulatory timelines
- Contributing to continuous process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives within the safety team
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have completed a degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy, such as:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences or related disciplines)
Experience
- Minimum 4 or more years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance
- Hands-on exposure to at least one of the following areas:
- Aggregate safety report authoring
- Signal management and signal detection activities
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines
- Experience working with aggregate safety reports and regulatory submissions
- Familiarity with global safety databases (preferred)
- Excellent medical writing, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams
