Key Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Control Responsibilities
- Performing routine and advanced analysis of finished products, in-process samples, and stability samples
- Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, FTIR, and KF Titrators
- Conducting tests related to assay, dissolution, content uniformity, bulk analysis, related substances, and particle size distribution
- Reviewing analytical data and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data integrity principles
- Handling OOS and OOT investigations with proper root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Supporting internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and laboratory investigations
- Ensuring adherence to cGMP, GLP, GDP, and ALCOA+ principles
Manufacturing Responsibilities
- Executing manufacturing operations for oral solid dosage forms as per approved procedures
- Handling equipment related to granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
- Operating RMG, FBE, auto coaters, compression machines, and bottle packing lines
- Managing activities related to track and trace systems and packaging compliance
- Ensuring documentation accuracy in batch manufacturing records
- Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity during shift operations

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications based on the role applied for:
- B.Sc or M.Sc (relevant specialization)
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- ITI or Diploma (Manufacturing roles)
Experience

- Maximum experience: 12 years
- Relevant exposure to OSD manufacturing or quality control is mandatory
Skills Required
