Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of clinical trials by supporting project leadership and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily clinical trial activities across internal departments, sponsors, and external vendors
- Assisting Project Managers in maintaining project timelines, trackers, and study plans
- Preparing and circulating project status reports, risk assessments, and progress updates
- Ensuring all trial activities comply with ICH-GCP guidelines, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Managing and maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and essential clinical documentation
- Supporting project financial tracking, including vendor invoices and budget milestones
- Organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
- Coordinating with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality teams
- Supporting site start-up, monitoring coordination, and study close-out activities
- Maintaining document version control and supporting internal audits and quality reviews
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication across all stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum experience: 2 years
- Maximum experience: 5 years
- Prior experience in clinical project coordination or clinical project management is mandatory
- Experience working in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment is required
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows and lifecycle
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical documentation standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and project tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project deliverables
- Detail-oriented approach with a proactive and collaborative mindset

- Annual CTC: ₹6,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 (depending on experience and skill set)
