1. Production (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)
Exposure to oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
2. Quality Control (QC – Chemical & Instrumentation)
Hands-on learning in laboratory testing, sampling, and analytical support activities.
3. Engineering (Utilities & Maintenance)
Training in plant utilities, equipment maintenance, and preventive engineering practices.
4. Research & Development (R&D)
- Formulation Development
- Analytical Development

These apprenticeship roles are structured to provide department-specific technical exposure under experienced professionals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will depend on the department assigned; however, apprentices may be involved in the following activities:
Production
- Assisting in day-to-day manufacturing operations under GMP guidelines
- Supporting batch documentation and production records
- Gaining exposure to equipment operation and shop-floor workflows
Quality Control
- Assisting in sample collection and routine testing activities
- Learning basic operation of analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and dissolution systems
- Recording test data and supporting compliance documentation
R&D (Formulation / Analytical)
- Supporting method development and validation exercises
- Assisting in laboratory experiments and development trials
- Participating in stability studies and development documentation
Engineering
- Assisting in maintenance and calibration of equipment

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc or M.Sc (Science disciplines)

Experience
