- Verifying raw material dispensing operations for accuracy, traceability, and compliance

- Reviewing completed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and recommending batch progression
- Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing Continued Process Verification (CPV) data and identifying process trends
- Assessing quality impact related to equipment breakdowns or process interruptions
- Initiating and participating in deviation management, change control systems, and quality notifications
- Reviewing equipment usage logs, cleaning records, area status logs, and ensuring correct labeling practices
- Evaluating calibration records, environmental monitoring data, and electronic quality records
- Performing calibration of IPQA instruments as per approved schedules
- Ensuring proper labeling, storage, handling, and issuance of printed packaging materials
- Reviewing and approving packaging artworks, proofs, and shade cards before usage
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Archiving executed quality documents in line with data integrity and documentation requirements
