Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Analyst โ Patient Oriented Program will be responsible for managing operational, documentation, and compliance activities related to POP execution. Key responsibilities include: Analyst Patient Oriented Program Job
- Managing the complete lifecycle of Patient Oriented Programs on behalf of the Business Owner
- Ensuring POP activities are conducted in line with Doing Business Ethically (DBE) policies and approved POP Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders including POP Champions, Procurement, Legal, Patient Safety, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining POP-related documentation
- Securing all required internal approvals for POP initiation and execution within defined timelines
- Managing compliance checks of External Service Providers (ESP) before field activities begin
- Ensuring ESP onboarding is complete, including quality agreements, risk assessments, pharmacovigilance requirements, and training compliance
- Entering and maintaining accurate program information in the POPsys database throughout program execution
- Tracking critical program milestones such as First Participant First Contact (FPFC), Last Participant Last Contact (LPLC), adverse event reconciliation, periodic reviews, and program closure
- Ensuring there are no monitoring or documentation gaps prior to POP closure
- Maintaining a complete and audit-ready POP document repository
- Logging identified quality issues in the Quality Issue (QI) management system
- Performing investigations, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensuring structured handover of responsibilities during planned leave, role transitions, or exit scenarios
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and escalating risks or delays in a timely manner
- Actively seeking feedback from stakeholders and implementing process improvements
- Supporting internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews when required

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
Experience
- Experience in patient programs, compliance operations, clinical support functions, or pharmaceutical program management is preferred
- Exposure to regulated pharmaceutical environments will be an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven processes
- Experience with documentation management and SOP adherence
- Knowledge of patient safety, pharmacovigilance coordination, and quality systems
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Familiarity with databases or compliance systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
