Key Roles & Responsibilities
Executive – Quality Control / QC Microbiology
- Performing routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples
- Operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and related laboratory equipment
- Carrying out method validation, verification, and instrument calibration activities
- Ensuring strict adherence to GMP, GLP, and internal quality standards
- Accurate documentation of test results and preparation of analytical reports
- Supporting investigations related to OOS, OOT, and deviations
- Maintaining laboratory cleanliness, safety practices, and compliance readiness
Freshers Jobs QC Microbiology Analytical
Trainee – Analytical Development / Development QA / QC Microbiology
- Assisting in analytical method development and validation under supervision
- Supporting quality assurance documentation, reviews, and batch-related activities
- Performing microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and media preparation (for QC Microbiology trainees)
- Learning regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Maintaining laboratory records, logbooks, and calibration documentation
- Following SOPs, safety guidelines, and data integrity practices
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Executive – Quality Control: B.Sc. or M.Sc. (Chemistry or relevant discipline)
- Executive – QC Microbiology: M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Trainee – Analytical Development: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
- Trainee – Development QA: B.Pharm or B.Sc.
- Trainee – QC Microbiology: M.Sc. in Microbiology
Experience Requirements
- Executive – Quality Control: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, with strong HPLC knowledge
- Executive – QC Microbiology: 3 to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical microbiology
- Trainee Roles: Freshers are eligible (0 experience required)
Skills Required
- Basic to advanced understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and laboratory best practices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
