- Designation: Technician / Operator

OSD Packing
- Designation: Technician (Cartonator Operations)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience Required: 3 to 11 years
Quality Control
- Designation Levels: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive / Senior Executive
- QC Areas: HPLC, Finished Products (FP), In-Process (IP), Analytical Method Validation (AMV)
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience Required: 3 to 11 years

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacturing & OSD Packing Roles
- Operation and routine monitoring of injectable or OSD packing equipment
- Compliance with GMP, safety standards, and cleanroom discipline
- Execution of production and packing activities as per approved procedures
- Monitoring critical process parameters and reporting abnormalities
- Supporting documentation related to manufacturing and packing activities
- Maintaining equipment cleanliness and operational readiness
Quality Control Roles
- Performing routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC and other analytical instruments
- Testing of in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples
- Supporting analytical method validation and verification activities
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality systems
- Accurate documentation and maintenance of analytical records
- Supporting audits and inspections through data readiness and compliance

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Diploma or ITI (for Manufacturing & Packing roles)
- B.Pharmacy or M.Pharmacy (for Quality Control roles)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant pharma industry experience
- Maximum experience limit varies by role (up to 12 years)
- Prior exposure to regulated plants (USFDA, MHRA, EU, etc.) is preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical operations
- Hands-on equipment or analytical experience relevant to the role
- Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing environments
- Good documentation practices and compliance awareness
