Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will act as a key partner to global study teams, supporting clinical systems and data processes that enable efficient trial execution. Key responsibilities include: Global Clinical Solutions Jobs
Clinical Systems & Study Support
- Managing and maintaining clinical study delivery systems related to financial disclosure, drug return and destruction, investigator databases, investigator safety letter distribution, and clinical trial registration
- Ensuring system data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Providing first-line user support for clinical study systems, resolving issues promptly to avoid study delays
Data Integrity & Financial Processing
- Monitoring data integrity across study delivery systems
- Processing financial charges linked to study delivery support activities
- Ensuring accurate records and traceability within supported systems
Clinical Coding Responsibilities
- Performing hands-on clinical coding or review of CRO-coded data
- Coding or reviewing medical history, surgical history, adverse events, and drug data
- Using approved versions of clinical coding dictionaries and global coding guidelines
- Raising and resolving coding queries in line with study timelines and processes
Query Management & Collaboration
- Managing coding-related queries and responding to requests from Clinical Development teams
- Escalating complex coding issues to global data management teams as required
- Supporting communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing across study teams
Continuous Improvement & Integration
- Supporting global integration of clinical systems and services
- Contributing ideas to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency
- Assisting in the development of non-drug project proposals linked to study delivery value

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related discipline
Experience
- Relevant experience in clinical study systems support, clinical coding, or study delivery operations
- Exposure to global clinical trials and CRO-managed studies is desirable
Skills Required
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of clinical study delivery systems
- Hands-on experience in clinical coding and coding review
- Knowledge of data integrity principles and quality standards
- Familiarity with clinical trial registration and investigator-related systems
