Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Clinical Research Coordinator will play a central role in the planning, execution, and documentation of clinical trial activities at the site level. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Clinical Research Coordinator Hiring
- Coordinate and support day-to-day clinical trial activities in accordance with approved study protocols.
- Ensure thorough understanding of clinical study protocols and assist in their accurate implementation at the site.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain essential regulatory documents required for clinical trial conduct.
- Manage Ethics Committee (EC) submissions, including initial submissions, amendments, renewals, and ongoing correspondence.
- Track EC approvals and ensure that all study-related activities comply with approved timelines and conditions.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and verifiable source documents for all study subjects.
- Assist investigators during subject screening, enrollment, follow-up visits, and study close-out activities.
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Support clinical trial monitoring visits, audits, and inspections by providing timely documentation and responses.
- Coordinate with sponsors, CRO representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
- Assist in resolving protocol deviations and ensuring appropriate documentation and corrective actions.
- Contribute to maintaining a compliant, inspection-ready clinical research environment at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Life Sciences
- Clinical Research
- Or any related scientific discipline from a recognized institution
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar clinical research role.
- Hands-on exposure to clinical trial coordination at the site level is essential.
- Prior experience with Ethics Committee submissions and regulatory documentation is mandatory.
