Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinating contracting and documentation activities within defined timelines.
- Collaborating with global teams to plan projects, manage timelines, and monitor budgets.
- Contributing to cross-functional collaboration across analytics, digital, commercial operations, and vendors.
Performance & Operational Responsibilities
- Ensuring commercial datasets are effectively utilized in forecasting, targeting, call planning, incentive compensation, and field reporting.
- Managing data management activities aligned with quarterly and annual commercial operations cycles.
- Monitoring data quality dashboards and investigating discrepancies or anomalies.
- Maintaining detailed documentation including business rules, metadata, and functional requirements.
- Providing first-level support for data-related queries across sales, master data, and omnichannel platforms.
- Supporting US-based data management teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.
- Enhancing analytics and reporting capabilities through collaboration with digital and analytics teams.
- Supporting data governance initiatives such as data profiling, cataloguing, and quality framework development.
Process & Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensuring all outputs meet defined quality standards and internal compliance requirements.
- Adhering strictly to operational risk controls and regulatory expectations.
- Refreshing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles with appropriate quality checks.
- Managing healthcare professional opt-out compliance across commercial datasets.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Advanced qualifications such as Master’s, MBA, PhD, or specialization in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Analytics are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical commercial datasets.
- Hands-on experience with datasets such as IQVIA, OneKey, APLD, LAAD, Xponent, SFMC, HCP engagement data, or execution data.
- At least 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales data management is highly desirable.
