As an Assistant Manager – Production, your responsibilities will include:
Production & Resource Management
- Planning and executing production activities as per schedule
- Allocating manpower and resources effectively within shifts
- Ensuring timely completion of production targets
- Maintaining workflow continuity across dispensing, granulation, compression, and packaging
Team Management & Communication
- Managing operators and ensuring discipline on the shop floor
- Conducting shift handovers with proper communication of critical information

Quality & Compliance
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, GMP guidelines, and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)

Production Planning & Execution
