Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Associate Project Specialist will work closely with internal and regional medical teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include: Associate Project Specialist Jobs in Hyderabad
- Coordinating with internal business partners, country medical teams, and medical leads to ensure accurate transfer of HCP data into tiering systems

- Reviewing and assessing tiering documentation related to healthcare professionals and scientific experts

- Preparing monitoring, verification, and compliance reports within defined timelines
- Conducting data quality assessments and identifying abnormalities as per regulatory expectations

- Supporting process improvements by identifying system or workflow enhancement opportunities
- Assisting with local training on tools, systems, and standardized processes
- Collaborating regularly with FMV leads, tier validators, and regional medical teams

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Life Sciences or related scientific disciplines
Candidates with academic exposure to pharma operations, medical affairs, or compliance will be preferred.
Experience
- 1โ2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life-science organizations
- Exposure to medical operations, project coordination, data management, or compliance activities is desirable
Skills Required
- Strong stakeholder coordination and project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of data handling, validation, and reporting
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
