Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be actively involved in end-to-end clinical activities supporting medical device research and evidence generation. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clinical Executive Job in Gujarat
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical studies, clinical trials, and observational research programs
- Coordinating with clinical investigators, hospitals, research sites, CROs, ethics committees, and internal teams
- Supporting the development, review, and maintenance of clinical study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), investigator brochures, and standard operating procedures
- Preparing clinical study reports, summaries, safety narratives, and other essential regulatory documents
- Contributing to scientific and medical writing activities including abstracts, manuscripts, posters, and conference presentations
- Collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for publication strategy, data dissemination, and scientific communication
- Providing clinical insights and advisory support to internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensuring strict compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, patient safety standards, and company policies
- Maintaining accurate documentation and clinical records aligned with global clinical research standards

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications from a recognized university or institution:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Degree in Medical Research
- Degree in Life Sciences
- Any related healthcare or technical discipline relevant to clinical research
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in clinical studies, clinical trials, or clinical research activities
- Prior exposure to the medical device industry or regulated healthcare environment will be considered an advantage
