The Clinical Operations team at the site level is responsible for ensuring proper conduct of clinical trials. The Clinical Research Coordinator plays a central role in managing patient visits, maintaining regulatory documentation, and coordinating communication between sponsors, CROs, and investigators. Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating clinical trial activities, including:
- Coordinating day-to-day clinical trial operations at the study site
- Assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) in executing study procedures as per approved protocol
- Supporting patient screening, recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up visits
- Maintaining Investigator Site Files (ISF) and essential regulatory documents
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and study-specific requirements
- Assisting in data entry and resolving queries in coordination with data management teams
- Communicating with sponsors, CROs, and site staff for study-related updates
- Supporting monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring audit readiness

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Degree in Life Sciences

Experience
