Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing medical and clinical aspects of ongoing studies:
- Act as a Co-Investigator / Study Physician for clinical trials
- Conduct volunteer screening and medical evaluation for study participation
- Perform clinical examinations and determine subject eligibility
- Coordinate with volunteer recruitment teams for screening and follow-up activities
- Monitor and manage adverse events during clinical studies
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting of safety-related issues
- Review and contribute to clinical study protocols
- Coordinate with Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) and ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with project coordinators for smooth execution of studies
- Interact with sponsors on medical and safety-related matters
- Prepare and review clinical study reports and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of subject data and clinical records
- Train and guide staff involved in study activities and maintain training documentation
- Support quality assurance processes and respond to audit observations
- Assist in updating SOPs and departmental systems
