Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical studies and managing a team to ensure successful project delivery.
Clinical Study Management
- Leading the execution of clinical studies to ensure scientific validity and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring studies meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring study outcomes to evaluate safety and efficacy of products
- Supporting timely product approvals through well-managed clinical programs
Regulatory Strategy & Compliance
- Developing and implementing regulatory strategies for product approvals
- Ensuring accurate preparation and submission of regulatory documents
- Maintaining compliance with global regulatory requirements
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervising and managing a team of clinical research professionals
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Conducting performance evaluations and supporting employee development
- Allocating resources and managing team workflows
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Representing the organization in clinical research activities within the region
- Building relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities

Project Execution & Coordination

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
