Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Consultant in the FIC team, you will lead project workstreams and deliver strategic insights for clients involved in healthcare investments.
- Execute consulting projects related to due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), valuation, and asset screening
- Provide strategic recommendations for investment decisions and portfolio growth
- Conduct structured and evidence-based analysis to solve complex business problems
- Perform primary and secondary research to derive actionable insights
- Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations and reports
- Lead workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Present key findings and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
- Support client relationship management and ensure project satisfaction
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge development, proposals, and team training
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in:
- Strategy consulting
- M&A / Business Development
- Financial institutions (Private Equity, Venture Capital, etc.)
- Experience in biopharma or life sciences consulting is highly preferred
- Prior experience in leading workstreams or project modules is an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Experience in due diligence, valuation, and strategic analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
