Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing pharmacovigilance activities and ensuring accurate safety data processing. Key responsibilities include: Drug Safety Executive Job at Fidelity Health
- Performing triage of safety cases including ICSR, MLM, L2A, and ASPR
- Conducting scientific literature review using databases such as EMBASE
- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and performing duplicate checks
- Monitoring global safety databases including Canada Vigilance and TGA DAEN
- Reviewing adverse events (AE), product quality complaints (PQC), and medical information (MI) cases
- Supporting SOP updates and maintaining compliance documentation
- Following up on spontaneous reports and resolving safety queries
- Ensuring compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP)
- Maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory audits and inspections
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely case processing
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BAMS / Life Sciences
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
Skills Required
- Strong experience in ICSR processing and case triage
- Hands-on knowledge of literature review processes
- Familiarity with Oracle Argus Safety database
- Understanding of MLM tools and EMBASE database
- Good knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations (GVP)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
