- Sampling and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and intermediate products
- Performing routine and non-routine analysis using various analytical instruments
- Operating, calibrating, and maintaining QC instruments such as:
- Karl Fischer, Melting Point Apparatus, Potentiometer
- Coulometer, Conductivity Meter, Refractive Index
- UV Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC
- Boiling Point Apparatus, pH Meter, TOC Analyzer
- Analytical Balance, Auto Polarimeter
- Oxygen Gas Analyzer, Gastec Pump, Oxygen Meter
- Sampling and testing of water systems and proper documentation of analytical results
- Maintaining raw data, logbooks, and records in compliance with cGMP requirements
- Ensuring adherence to laboratory SOPs and quality systems
- Supporting departmental activities during the absence of the reporting authority
- Carrying out additional responsibilities assigned by senior team members
