Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacturing Assistant – Production

Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing repetitive, high-accuracy pipetting of buffers, reagents, and solutions
- Aliquoting, filling, sealing, and labeling diagnostic components
- Assembly and packing of infectious disease diagnostic kits
- Preparation of reagents according to approved batch manufacturing records
- Maintaining strict compliance with SOPs, biosafety rules, and quality guidelines
- Cleaning and upkeep of workstations and production equipment
- Accurate documentation of daily production activities and batch records
- Supporting inventory monitoring of consumables and raw materials
Technical Assistant – Wet Lab (NGS & Molecular Biology)
This role supports diagnostic and genomics workflows and provides direct exposure to molecular biology and NGS laboratory operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- DNA and RNA extraction from clinical and mammalian samples
- Performing RT-PCR as part of live diagnostic testing workflows
- Handling and processing clinical samples under biosafety guidelines
- Supporting NGS sample preparation and wet lab procedures
- Maintaining laboratory documentation, logs, and test records
- Assisting senior scientists in routine molecular biology operations
- Following laboratory quality systems and regulatory compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Manufacturing Assistant – Production
- BSc or MSc in Biotechnology or Microbiology
Technical Assistant – Wet Lab
- MSc in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology
Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience
- Freshers with relevant laboratory internships, academic projects, or dissertations are encouraged to apply
Skills Required
Common Skills:
