Key Roles & Responsibilities
Microbiology Department Responsibilities
Candidates selected for microbiology roles will be responsible for maintaining microbiological quality and compliance across manufacturing operations. Freshers Jobs Production QC Microbiology
- Perform routine microbiological analysis including environmental monitoring and microbial limit testing.
- Conduct water system testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support HVAC validation and cleanroom monitoring activities.
- Implement and maintain Microbiology Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Ensure documentation accuracy in line with data integrity requirements.
- For senior roles, provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Participate in audits, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Production Department Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor blister packing machines such as BQS, Accupack, and Elmach.
- Handle secondary packaging operations using cartonator machines including HICART PLUS and IMA PG.
- Ensure smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and electronic production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines during all production activities.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and equipment logbooks.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
- Freshers will receive structured on-the-job training under experienced supervisors.
Quality Control Department Responsibilities
Quality Control candidates will be involved in analytical testing and quality assurance activities supporting OSD manufacturing. Freshers Jobs Production QC Microbiology
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometers, and dissolution testers.
- Perform routine and stability sample analysis as per approved methods.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Support quality control activities related to solid oral dosage forms.
- Review and maintain analytical records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Assist during regulatory inspections and internal audits as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Production: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
- Quality Control: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
- Microbiology: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology
- General: B.Sc. / M.Sc. candidates may also apply based on role suitability
Experience
- Freshers: Eligible for entry-level Production roles
- Junior Level: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level (QC/Microbiology): 8–12 years of experience for Executive or Assistant Manager positions
Skills Required
- Practical understanding of OSD manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on exposure to analytical instruments or production equipment, depending on the role.
- Awareness of environmental monitoring, water systems, and stability studies.
